1. Services Provided:
Jennifer Cooke Photography, LLC (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") offers professional wedding photography, family photography, & senior photography services in Nashville, TN; Lynchburg, VA; and surrounding areas. Our services include capturing photographic images of weddings, engagements, and related events as outlined in the agreed-upon collection.

2. Booking and Reservations:
To secure our services for your wedding day, a non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract are required. The retainer fee amount will be specified in your contract and is deducted from the total collection price.

3. Payments:
Payment terms will be outlined in your contract. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two months before the wedding date. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If the wedding date is rescheduled and we are available for the new date, the retainer fee may be applied to the new date at our discretion.

5. Client Cooperation:
The client agrees to cooperate and provide necessary information to ensure the smooth execution of photography services. This includes but is not limited to providing a schedule of events such as a wedding timeline, designated shot list, and necessary permissions for photography at the venue.

6. Image Delivery:
All images will be delivered digitally, unless otherwise specified. We will provide a selection of edited high-resolution images in a timely manner, typically within 4-8 weeks of the event date. The exact number of images delivered will depend on the collection chosen.

7. Image Usage and Copyright:
Jennifer Cooke Photography, LLC retains the copyright to all images captured during the event. The client is granted personal use rights to the images for non-commercial purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, and personal reproduction. Commercial use of images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Image Editing:
All images delivered will be professionally edited and processed by Jennifer Cooke Photography, LLC. Requests for extensive retouching or alterations beyond standard editing may be subject to additional fees.

9. Client Satisfaction:
We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If the client is unsatisfied with any aspect of the photography services, they must notify us within 14 days of receiving the images. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.

10. Liability:
While every effort will be made to capture all requested moments, Jennifer Cooke Photography, LLC will not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, including but not limited to equipment failure, illness, or acts of nature.
