Downtown Nashville Surprise Proposal

Will & Chrisln’s downtown Nashville Surprise Proposal at the Pinnacle was nothing but PERFECT!

Will contacted me on December 6th, 2022 and asked me to photograph his surprise proposal to Chrisln on December 23rd, 2022 during sunset at the Pinnacle in downtown Nashville, TN! Will told me that he had created a fake dinner event flyer so that he and Chrisln would have a reason to come to the Pinnacle on this day and time.

Their Love Story

Here’s a little back story about Will & Chrisln. They actually met in middle school at which time they had a crush on each other; however, they did not start dating until they met again at Baylor University. Now just two days before Christmas, they are engaged to be married! What a sweet & unbelievable story!!

Their Nashville Surprise Proposal

Will wanted to propose at sunset, so we picked the best time for him to bring Chrisln to the 28th floor of the Pinnacle. I arrived at the Pinnacle about 45 minutes early so that Chrisln would not see me go up to the 28th floor. I waited for their arrival in a room with glass windows that looked out over all of Nashville, TN. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and I enjoyed the view with the short time that I had!

When I heard Chrisln’s voice just around the corner, I was ready! Chrisln & Will walked into the room. Chrisln was super confused at first because she thought she was attending a dinner party event. However, since I had my camera, I think she quickly figured out what was about to happen. Will walked Chrisln over to the window and popped the question! She said YES!! It was such a precious moment between these two!

We spent the rest of the engagement session taking photos, laughing together, and just sharing the excitement of the moment! It was such an honor to photograph their surprise proposal!
