Ghislain and Berhtier’s Cumberland Park Engagement Session in downtown Nashville was beautiful with bright summer sunlight, smiles, laughs, and an overall, unforgettable experience with this wonderful couple! We enjoyed exploring the different parts of Cumberland Park together as well as seeing some turtles in the Nashville river. It was fun to discover that Ghislain loves turtles, so we took a minute to watch the turtles in the river! It’s fun things like this that I love learning about our couples.
Ghislain and I started talking about a year ago, and she really wanted Daniel and I to photograph their wedding day. She connected with us, our story, and what we did. And she knew we were the perfect fit!
We spent about half of our engagement session exploring Cumberland Park and enjoying the sunshine. Next, we took a nice walk under the pedestrian bridge across to the Nashville Riverfront to capture some gorgeous portraits of Ghislain & Berhtier in front of the Nashville skyline, which is quite incredible looking. We were able to catch golden hour during this time and captured some glorious moments!
Our last spot was the Pedestrian Bridge because of how it overlooks the city of Nashville, and it’s a classic downtown Nashville engagement session spot! I really love how these photos turned out! Ghislain and Berhtier were naturals in front of the camera and just a joy to photograph!
Daniel and I are especially excited to celebrate their wedding day with them in just 2 and a half weeks! They will be getting married in Chattanooga, TN, so we are very excited to photograph our first Chattanooga wedding!
